 The tasks of the R&D Department are mainly twofold:
- Support of the breeding programmes of TOPIGS and 3 dog pedigree organisations by means of breeding value estimation and optimalisation of genetic progress.
- Development and execution of a wide range of R&D activities.
R&D is both taking place in house and / or in cooperation with universities and research organisations in the Netherlands and abroad.
