Instructions

1. Download the exectutable file: TeamViewer (4.14 MB)
   You can run the program directly, or save it on your computer. For example at your desktop.
   
   
2. The program will automatically start if you have choosen to run it directly. Otherwise start the support program manually.
   
   
   
3. Provide the support employee your ID, and your password.
   
   
4. The support employee can now remote control your computer, and perform his/her tasks.
